Sardina de Gáldar is a small port with fresh fish restaurants and houses overlooking the ocean. Because of its seabed, it is one of the favourite places for scuba divers on the islands. It is a large bay, sheltered from the waves and the wind, suitable for all those who wish to start diving. Also for lovers of underwater photography and night dives. The seabed of Sardina is home to seahorses, amberjacks, angel sharks, stingrays, manta rays, striped seahorses, grunts, jacks, horseshoe crabs, garden eels, anemones and many more.
